Install the app

Early access

Herald is in early access on Android and iPhone. Email support@eventhorizonlabs.xyz to join, and tell us which phone you use.

Android​

Once you're in, download the app:

Download Herald for Android

  1. Open the download on your phone.
  2. If Android asks, allow your browser to install apps. This is a one-time setting for apps from outside the Play Store.
  3. Open Herald.

To update, install a newer download over the old one. Your agents and history stay put. If an update is required, the app tells you.

iPhone​

Once you're in, we'll send you an invitation to install Herald on your iPhone. Open it on your phone and follow the steps.

Sign in​

Tap Continue with Google. Herald uses your Google account only to identify you and keep your minutes and agents together. It never reads your mail, contacts or files.

Allow the microphone​

The first time you talk, Herald asks for microphone access. Tap Allow. Without it Herald can't hear you, though typing still works.
