Typing and photos

Type instead of talking

Use the box at the bottom of the Talk screen: Type to ask your agent…. Typed messages go to the same agent and the same conversation as voice, so you can switch between the two at any time.

Typing is always free. It doesn't use your voice minutes, and it keeps working even when your balance is zero.

Attach photos

Tap the photo button to take a picture or choose from your library. You can attach up to 4 photos per message. Your agent sees them alongside your question, for example "what's wrong with this wiring?" or "read this error off my screen".

History

Open the menu and tap History to see past conversations with your agent and their full transcripts.
